Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or playing Cropsicles ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Game. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tyga.Cloud Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14643275).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to play the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only play with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. In-app purchases require the account holder to be 18 or older, or to have permission from the person responsible for the payment method.

3. The Service

Cropsicles is a match-3 puzzle game set in a 1950s B-movie world of crop circles and flying saucers. You swap and match glowing crops to clear the board, trigger crop-circle cascades, and charge saucer power-ups. We reserve the right to modify, update, add or remove levels and features, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Game at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Game.

4. Accounts & Progress

You may play as a guest or create an account to save your progress across devices. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share, sell, trade, or transfer your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice or refund.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

The Game features virtual items such as "Coins" and "Gems", extra moves, boosters, and power-ups. Some of these may be earned through play and some may be purchased with real money via your app store or our payment provider.

No real-world value: Virtual currencies and virtual items have no monetary value outside the Game. They cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for cash.

Not gambling: The Game is a puzzle game. Boosters and power-ups are cosmetic or convenience items that help you clear levels. No real money is wagered, won, or paid out.

Refund policy: Purchases are generally final. In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund policies. Where we process a purchase directly, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion within 14 days if the purchased items have not been consumed. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law.

Balance adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust virtual item balances, pricing, earn rates, and availability at any time to maintain game balance.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to: use cheats, bots, automation tools, memory editors, or exploits; reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game; tamper with scores or leaderboards; attempt to obtain virtual items without paying where payment is required; or use the Game for any illegal purpose. You must report bugs and exploits rather than abuse them. Violations may result in loss of progress, removal from leaderboards, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

7. Leaderboards & Events

The Game may include leaderboards, tournaments, and limited-time events. We may reset, adjust, or remove leaderboard entries and event rewards where we detect cheating or technical error. Event rules and reward availability may change at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All Game content, including but not limited to code, artwork, music, sound effects, level designs, characters, and user interface elements, are the exclusive property of Tyga.Cloud Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Game content without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Game is built with the Unity engine and relies on third-party services including app-store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play), payment processors, and cloud hosting providers. We are not liable for failures, outages, or issues caused by third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Game shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) GBP 100.

We shall not be liable for: loss of virtual items, currency, or game progress; interruptions to service; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ends immediately and virtual currency and items are forfeited. Data will be retained for 30 days to allow account recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted (except where retention is required by law).

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@tyga.cloud and allow 30 days for informal resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-game notification or an update notice. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Game.
